We currently have an opening for a Recruiter in our Mumbai Office (Jogeshwari West). WD offers a hybrid working model in Mumbai - 2 days in the office, 3 days working from home. Our work hours are Monday - Friday, 10AM - 7PM. No weekend work hours.

As a Recruiter, you will work within the global Talent Care team to identify future WD Associates and facilitate the process of internal interviews and assessments. In addition to following WD Partners values, policies and procedures, the primary responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

- Work closely with the Recruiting Team in the US to ensure fair and consistent recruiting practices across hires in the US and India.

**Necessary Experience**:

- Prior work experience in recruiting; experience recruiting in India for architecture or engineering roles is ideal
- Proven understanding of successful interview practices
- Ability to successfully balance and fill multiple open positions at a variety of stages, utilizing a high level of organization and communication
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team and willingness to engage with team members globally
- Working knowledge of external employment agency practices and ability to develop positive relationships with high ROI
