**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Customer Support and Complaint Management**:

- Register customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain a professional and empathetic attitude while interacting with customers.

**2. Payment and Financial Checks**:

- Verify and track customer payments.
- Coordinate with the accounts team for any payment-related queries or discrepancies.

**3. Dealer and Distributor Communication**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for dealers and distributors.
- Address queries and provide necessary updates on products, dispatches, and complaints.

**4. Data Management**:

- Maintain and update customer databases using Excel and Google Sheets.
- Organize and manage customer information, ensuring data accuracy.

**5. Coordination with Technicians**:

- Follow up with technicians to get updates on service calls or complaints.
- Share updates with customers regarding resolution timelines.

**6. Dispatch Coordination**:

- Provide customers and dealers with dispatch details and tracking information.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely deliveries.

**7. Reporting and Documentation**:

- Prepare regular reports on customer queries, complaints, and resolutions.
- Maintain proper documentation for all interactions and activities.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 1 year in a customer service or support role.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer complaints professionally and empathetically.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
