As a Staff Product Designer

You'll be core member of our product design team, you will collaborate with your colleagues to design components, systems, and tools that will unlock innovative experiences at Acceldata. Your work will directly contribute to our mission of making attractive, unified, consistent experiences that bring advanced data observability affordances to a larger number of potential users. Your focus will be on improving the user experience for search, file browsing, data discovery, and analysis. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, and engineering to create high-quality, well-designed software. You will contribute to the vision for the system, processes, and tools that empower our teams to build outstanding products. Your efforts will be instrumental in creating compelling and accessible experiences for our users.

A day in the life of Staff Product Designer
- Contribute to overall strategy and decision-making about product direction
- Help deliver and refine clear storytelling around product needs and opportunities
- Work cross-functionally with product management, engineering, and design peers
- Create, collaborate, and iterate on flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals
- Collaborate with other designers to unify designs across products
- Develop and maintain detailed user-interface specifications and design pattern documentation
- Write documentation and guidance for design components, styles, and patterns

You are great fit, if you have
- 10+ years of B2B product design experience
- Diverse product design skillset that can delight a technical audience
- Experience in research to understand customer goals and validate design proposals
- Experience in tackling ambiguous problems and shaping them into clear goals
- Experience in crafting high quality well crafted visual design, and care about the details
- Experience in leading comfortable leading large projects
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HCI, interaction design, graphic design, computer science, or related disciplines
