Pharmacist

A hospital pharmacist has many duties and responsibilities, including:

- Medication safety: Ensuring that medications are safe and effective, and that patients are not at risk of adverse reactions
- Medication management: Managing medication stores, planning budgets, and preventing drug waste
- Patient care: Advising patients on how to take their medications, and participating in ward rounds with doctors and nurses to evaluate treatment plans
- Drug information: Providing drug information services and reporting potential adverse drug reactions
- Clinical trials: Setting up and supervising clinical trials
- Research: Writing grants, preparing presentations, and analyzing data
- Confidentiality: Keeping patient information private
- Medication interactions: Checking that medications do not interact with other medications the patient is taking
- Medication supply: Purchasing and quality testing medicines
- Medication manufacturing: Manufacturing medicines
- Drug use guidelines: Writing guidelines for drug use as per NABH and VVCMC

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Special operations: 1 year (preferred)
- Clinical pharmacy: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- MBBS (preferred)
