**Role Summary**:
We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive CFO/Finance Controller to lead and manage the finance and accounting function. This individual will be responsible for ensuring financial integrity, statutory compliance, and strategic financial planning, while acting as a trusted advisor to the executive team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Leadership**: Lead the finance and accounts team to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant financial reporting.
- **Compliance & Governance**: Ensure full adherence to IND AS, Indian GAAP, and all relevant regulatory and statutory frameworks.
- **Audit Management**: Coordinate and oversee internal and external audits, ensuring transparency and readiness.
- **Internal Controls**: Establish, implement, and maintain robust internal control systems to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.
- **Strategic Planning**: Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling processes aligned with business goals.
- **Performance Improvement**: Partner with cross-functional leaders to identify opportunities for cost optimization and operational efficiencies.
- **Risk & Regulatory Management**: Monitor and respond to changes in financial regulations, ensuring organizational compliance at all times.
- **Team Leadership & Development**: Lead, mentor, and upskill a team of 3-5 finance and accounting professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, learning, and continuous improvement.

- Timely and accurate financial closure and reporting
- Full statutory and regulatory compliance
- Strong internal control frameworks with regular monitoring
- Insightful MIS and analytics supporting strategic decisions
- High-performing, upskilled finance team with clear development paths

**Mandatory Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Education**: Chartered Accountant (CA) or similar professional degrees in Finance & Accounting
- **Industry**: Strong experience in the manufacturing sector is essential
- **Experience**: 12-15 years of progressive finance experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role in a listed company
- **Technical Expertise**:

- Accounts finalization for quarterly and annual financial reporting, audit, and regulatory compliance

**o**Experience in financial consolidation and reporting to a parent company (preferably listed company)
- **In-depth costing experience** within a manufacturing environment
- **Hands-on inventory management** and throughput analysis
- Budgeting, financial planning, and performance tracking
- Monthly MIS/management reporting and cost control mechanisms
- Hands-on knowledge of Indian regulatory and tax frameworks
- Proven ability to **drive operational excellence** through financial insights and process improvements
- Proven ability to build a collaborative, high-performance team culture

**Desired Attributes**:

**Work Environment & Terms**:

- **Location**: Hyderabad (Office-based role)
- **Schedule**: Monday to Friday, full-time onsite
