Job Title: Chief Financial Operations OfficerOverviewThe Chief Financial Operations Officer plays a pivotal role in driving financial excellence and growth by providing strategic financial insights to the executive team. This individual will oversee all day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, inventory, and general ledger activities.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all day-to-day accounting functions, including AP/AR, payroll, inventory, and general ledger activities.Lead the monthly close process and prepare consolidated financial statements for internal review.Analyze performance metrics and present actionable insights to senior leadership.Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and integrity in all financial transactions and records.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.Certification: CPA or CMA strongly preferred.10+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, including multi-entity environments.Hands-on experience with general ledger management, financial reporting, and monthly close.Bonus Points: Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite), advanced Excel skills, and comfort integrating operational systems.
