**Crm Cum billing executive**
- Follow up on various complaints, feedback and suggestions with the production or dispatch team and update the customer on the same.
- Handle Outstanding Bills Receivable process.
- Coordinate with the operations team for logistics and shipping details respectively.
- Track orders for customers and help with the delivery dates.
- Make calls to customers for confirmation of COD orders.
- Manage all incoming phone calls and forwarding.
- Forwarding all Sales Leads / Sales Orders to Dispatch / Operations team.
- Communicating all concerns of the customer, regarding delivery delays or quality issues or billing issues to the Sales Manager.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.

**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
