**Roles & Responsibility**:

- Develop and execute **internal audit plans** to evaluate financial, operational, and compliance risks.
- Review and assess the effectiveness of **internal controls, processes, and procedures**.
- Conduct audits across various departments to ensure compliance with **financial regulations, industry standards, and company policies**.
- Identify areas for **cost savings, process improvements, and risk mitigation**.
- Prepare and present **audit reports** with findings, recommendations, and corrective action plans.
- Monitor and track the implementation of corrective actions to ensure compliance.
- Assess **fraud risks** and investigate any suspected financial misconduct or irregularities.
- Collaborate with **finance, legal, and compliance teams** to ensure regulatory adherence.
- Stay updated on **audit best practices, accounting standards, and legal requirements**.
- Assist in **external audits and regulatory inspections** by providing necessary documentation and support.

Quality & Skill Requirements:

- **3-7 years of experience in internal auditing, risk management, or compliance.**:

- Strong understanding of **auditing standards, financial reporting, and internal control frameworks**.
- Proficiency in **audit software, ERP systems, and data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, SAP, etc.)**.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Strong communication and report-writing abilities.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- **Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field** (CA, CPA, or CIA preferred).
- Experience in **forensic auditing and fraud investigation**.
- Knowledge of **tax regulations, corporate governance, and industry-specific compliance**.
- Familiarity with **risk assessment methodologies and COSO framework**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
