International Customer Service Executive

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for international customers.
- Resolve customer queries with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Ensure adherence to process guidelines and quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members and report issues/escalations as needed.

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving and active listening abilities.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts (24x7, primarily night).
- Customer-centric attitude with adaptability to a fast-paced process.

**Eligibility**
- UG/Graduate/Postgraduate
- 0-3 years of experience in International Customer Service Voice Process (UG fresher not eligible)
- Strong spoken English skills
- United Health Group preferred

**Assessment Process**
- HR Screening
- AMCAT - B2 & Above
- Operations Interview

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- CRM Proficiency/ Tech Savvy: 1 year (preferred)
- Problem Solving/ Attention to Detail: 1 year (preferred)
- Handling Calls/ Adaptability: 1 year (preferred)
- Interpersonal Skills: 1 year (preferred)
- Stress Management: 1 year (preferred)
