**Job Role**:
**Customer Service Executive - International Voice Process (Healthcare Domain)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist international customers (primarily U.S.)
- Address queries related to healthcare services, insurance, billing, or claims
- Provide accurate and empathetic support while maintaining quality standards
- Work collaboratively in a 24/7 dynamic contact center environment

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **Education**: Graduate / Postgraduate
- **Experience**: Minimum **6 months of experience** in **International Customer Service - Voice Process**:

- **Shifts**: 24x7 (Majorly Night Shifts - US Process)
- **Location**: Gurgaon Sector 21 _(Temporary seating in Sector 30 possible initially)_

**Salary Package**:

- **Up to ₹25,000 In-hand**:

- **Annual CTC**: ₹3.43 LPA
- **Free Two-way Cab Facility**
