- Key Areas of Responsibility:

- Preparation of monthly business reports / dashboards for Solution, Service and EPS business segments to track KPIs and identify the pain points of the segment, assisting the BA for the segments to drive corrective actions.
- Compiles and analyzes data and information to support system house BA and EPS BA for controlling the respective business segments.
- Participate in commercial discussions and actively involved in the order acquisition phase for large centrally driven projects analyzing customer’s requirements and examining their commercial and contractual feasibility in an offer, including cash flow of the project and assessing life cycle profitability of the project.
- Preparing review decks of the business segments for regional alignments
- Act as performance controller for APAC region’s EPS business segment supporting the SI RSS APAC EPS CFO
- Central commercial steering for all Digital Enterprise Business (DEB) / Energy Performance Services business
- Reviewing direct and indirect costs.
- Data compiling of Annual and Strategic Planning (BTA) / Forecasting for the Business Line
- Financial tracking of performance of training & Experience Centre
- Working on various Ad-hoc analysis required as per the business needs.
- Supports evaluations of Balance Sheet line items
- Handle special topics / project for the Business Unit

What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Strong analytical skills, a quick grasping power as well as independent and initiative driven working attitude.
- Streamlined presentation and interpersonal skills to be able to work with senior company management directly
- Fluency in English along with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to network and get the work done with various teams in the organization
- Strong experience in Finance & Controlling
- Familiar with Accounting concept under IFRS
- Good knowledge of SAP would be preferred
- CA with 3 to 5 years’ experience and a good track record
- High affinity for IT as well as working MS Office knowledge (especially Excel and Power-point), Someone with a knack for digitalization, e.g. data visualization, data presentation (tableau, PowerBI) would be an added advantage
