Inbound Sales Representative

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions (e.g., DSC or eSign products and services).
- Convert inbound leads into successful sales while meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Coordinate with technical and support teams to resolve customer queries in a timely manner.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, updating the status of leads and closures regularly.
- Ensure excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or other sources.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree preferred;
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or IT-related roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Pay: Up to ₹312,000.00 per year
