- Robust understanding of PolicyCenter Data-Model.
- Experience in GW Configuration and Integration Development with recents versions of GW PC

(Expertise in Data Model, PCF, Wizards, Product Model Development, Workflow, Activity, GOSU, Enhancements, GX Model, GW Rating ,
Business Rules Framework, GOSU Scripting )
- Experience with Jenkins, GIT/Subversion/TFS, Tools like GUNIT, JUNIT
- Experience with Application Servers like WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss and/or Tomcat
- Experience with Database Servers like SQL Server, Oracle, H2 ( Should be well versed in SQL )
- Leadership - Assertive, Sharp with ability to inspire, bring out the best in individuals and develop a strong configuration team to deliver quality configurations
- Excellent communication skills, Onsite - Offshore co-ordination
- Insurance Industry and Domain Knowledge
- Mentorship of Team Members

Roles & responsibilities:

- Assist onsite configuration team in estimations, Proof of concepts, definition, designs of robust and efficient configuration solutions.
- Should be able to review, provide necessary feedback for the code being done by team as per the best standard practices.
- Prepare/Enhance Detailed Design Documentation (Field Mapping, Data Model definitions, Rules Definition etc) as needed to support Configuration development.
- Assist Onsite/Offshore teams - and in certain cases be responsible - in solutioning of complex configuration by developing and demonstrating solutions using Proof of Concepts
- Configure/Build/Develop PolicyCenter Configuration in accordance to the design documentation
- Configure/Build/Develop GW Configuration components (Using GOSU, Rules Engine, Data Model, PCF, Wizards, Workflow, Activity and Product Model development etc.)
- Identify and develop reusable framework, configuration components to be used as is on multiple projects
- Unit and Functional Test developed Configuration Solutions using GUnit, Mockito - Automated and Manual.
- Prepare Build and Implementation plans for configuration work stream and report configuration work stream status
- Work with external consultants & developers
- Train and build a team of experienced professionals
- Willing to travel to either the Europe in support of project implementations

**Education**:

- Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science/Engineering
- Guidewire PolicyCenter Training/Certification is must
- Guidewire PolicyCenter ACE Certification is a plus

Good to have skills:
Handson expereince for EDGE API / Digital Portal knowledge
Guidewire ACE certification
Guidewire BillingCenter & ClaimCenter Certification will be a value add.
