**Position**: Sales Coordinator

**Location**: Andheri

Key Responsibilities:

- **Sales Support**:Assist the sales team with various tasks, such as preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts, scheduling meetings and appointments, and coordinating logistics for sales events and trade shows.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:Handle incoming customer inquiries, manage customer accounts, update CRM systems, and maintain records of customer interactions.
- **Order Processing and Fulfillment**:Process sales orders, coordinate with logistics for timely delivery, and track shipments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Administrative Support**:Manage the sales team's schedules, prepare sales reports, and handle general administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- **Communication and Coordination**:Act as a point of contact for internal teams (marketing, customer service, etc.) and external clients, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the sales process.
- **Sales Strategy Support**:Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying areas for improvement, and suggesting innovative solutions.
- **Performance Monitoring**:Track sales team performance, monitor key metrics, and generate reports to assess progress and identify areas for improvement.
- **Inventory Management**:For retail sales, this may involve coordinating inventory, tracking stock levels, and assisting with merchandising efforts

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
