**About the Role**

Are you creative, digitally savvy, and excited about storytelling? LeapStart is looking for a **Social Media & Content Intern** to support our growing online presence across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube. In this role, you’ll work directly with the Social Media Manager to plan, create, and manage engaging content that represents our brand voice and mission.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in planning and maintaining the social media content calendar
- Write captions, draft posts, and publish content on LinkedIn, Instagram & YouTube
- Monitor social channels, respond to messages/comments, and engage with the community
- Help script content for video shoots and participate in brainstorming creative ideas
- Contribute to photoshoots, reels, and short-form video production
- Stay updated on current trends, hashtags, and platform-specific best practices
- Support monthly analytics reporting and performance tracking
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visuals across all platforms

**Who You Are**
- Passionate about content creation, branding, and digital storytelling
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Comfortable being both behind the scenes and occasionally on camera
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Familiar with tools like Canva, Instagram Reels, Google Docs, etc.
- Bonus: Prior experience managing social accounts or basic video editing
