**Job Title**: South Indian Cook

**Location**: Clement Town, Dehradun, Uttarakhand
**Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Experience**: Minimum 2 years (preferred)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook a wide range of South Indian dishes (e.g., dosa, idli, vada, sambar, rasam, etc.)
- Ensure timely preparation and service of meals
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Manage kitchen inventory and assist in daily food prep
- Ensure quality and consistency in every dish
- Handle basic food safety protocols and kitchen cleanliness

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in South Indian cooking
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
- Team player with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work flexible hours if needed
