**Job Overview**:
PropChoice Real Estate is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Telecaller to join our growing team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for contacting potential clients, explaining our real estate services, generating leads, and scheduling appointments for property consultations. You will be a key part of our customer engagement efforts and will help clients find the best property solutions based on their needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Contact potential clients through inbound and outbound calls.
- Introduce and explain the services offered by PropChoice Real Estate.
- Answer queries related to property listings, pricing, and services.
- Generate and qualify leads for real estate sales teams.
- Schedule meetings and property viewings for clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with clients to convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service (real estate experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (other languages are a plus).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a team player.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

**Education**:

- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent (Graduation is preferred).

**Salary**:

- Competitive salary based on experience and performance incentives.
