**Position Summary**:
We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Sales Executive to join our team. This role involves domestic telemarketing, where you will reach out to potential clients across various sectors, promoting our digital services. You will be the first point of contact for prospects and play a vital role in driving new business opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and present our services (web development, SEO, social media marketing, etc.)
- Identify business opportunities and schedule meetings or demos for the business development team.
- Maintain a database of leads, follow-ups, and call logs.
- Understand client requirements and explain service offerings accordingly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach strategies with campaigns.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, conversions, and lead closures.

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum 6 months of experience in sales, telemarketing, or a similar role (preferably in a digital marketing or IT services company).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, Bengali (knowledge of other Indian languages is a plus).
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close warm and cold leads.
- Basic understanding of web development, SEO, social media marketing, and digital tools is essential.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

**Educational Qualification**:

- Minimum: Graduate in any discipline
- Preferred: Courses or certifications in marketing, digital marketing, or IT-related fields
