**Sales Coordinator Outbound**
**Responsibilities**:
- Utilize company resources to develop a filing system that keeps all active sales files available digitally and in hard copy form
- Compile daily lists of leads and delegate individual leads to sales team associates
- Maintain an organized and accessible file system for administrative and sales professionals
- Ensure the inventory of custom sales presentation materials such as brochures and presentation folders are always up to date.
- Must be able to develop different presentations.
- Handle all administrative duties for the organization and scheduling of client meetings and conferences
- Follow up with clients on the telephone for sales / after sales/ administrative purposes
- Provide administrative assistance to executives and management team members as required
- Prepare and update sales figures, metrics and other key data reports on timely basis
- Create and process sales orders in a timely fashion
- Report unusual activity to supervisors
- Expedite requests for rush orders and alter sales orders and shipping data as needed
- Creation of MIS reports for weekly/Monthly submission.
- Analyze this data and make a detailed report or crisp summary/ dashboard, based on the project need.
- Work extensively on MS Excel and PowerPoint Presentations for presenting data, market insights, projections, trends, etc.
- Since you will be working in MD office, you will become privy to lot of confidential and sensitive information. You will be expected to always keep the information/ data confidential and protected.
- Cordially interact with both internal and external stakeholders.
**Experience required**
- Must have good hands-on experience of using MS Excel and PowerPoint presentation.
**Education qualification**
- BBA/ BMS/ B.Com from a good college or Pursuing Post-Graduation
**Preferred Skills**
- Smart, enthusiastic, agile learner, self-motivated passionate and dedicated
- Good MS Excel and PowerPoint Presentation making skills
- Good data analytical skills
- Good command over English language and good articulation skills.
- Good persuasion, coordination and follow-up skills
Passionate towards outbound solution selling of services and equipment’s.
**Reporting To: Managing Director's Office**
**Work Location**: Head Office - Delhi (Pusa Road at Rajendra Place)
**Workdays: 6 days workweek from office**
**Immediate Joining**
Pay: ₹218,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
