**Job Title: Sales Coordinator**
**Location**: Rajauri Garden, Delhi
**Experience Required**: 2-5 years (preferably in a similar industry)

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with the sales team to manage schedules, follow up on leads, and ensure timely communication with clients.
- Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, invoices, and other sales-related documents.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records in CRM or Excel.
- Communicate with customers to confirm order details, delivery timelines, and address queries.
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and finance departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Track and report sales performance metrics (daily, weekly, and monthly reports).
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and other promotional materials.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team and assist in organizing meetings, client visits, and exhibitions.
- Handle after-sales support and resolve any order-related issues in coordination with relevant teams.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal departments and external stakeholders for seamless workflow.
- Followups on sales CRM funnel & taking feedback for customer service satisfaction.

**Requirements & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field or graduate.
- 2-5 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar administrative/sales support role.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and CRM tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in [insert industry, e.g., sanitaryware, hardware, FMCG] will be an added advantage.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month

- New Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
