Required Experience - DDUGKY Experience

1. Should possess sound domain knowledge with excellent practical skills.

2. Training, Assessments and Placement reediness as per the course curriculum.

3. Ensure the Classroom and Practical training to the trainees.

4. Create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment

5. Motivate trainees through effective training methodologies both in group and individual classroom dynamics

6. Utilize a variety of the training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of training delivery, as per the framework provided

7. Conduct specific training needs assessments to support the design, development and delivery

8. Monitor and measure effectiveness of training programs and provide necessary feedback to the corporate team for necessary changes when required

9. Partner with students in their learning process and ensure positive impact on the scorecard Performs other related duties as assigned or requested

10. To conduct classroom and practical assessments for the learners and evaluate their performance.

11. Must be a leader that sets the standard and expectations through example in his/her conduct, work ethic, integrity and character.

12. Manage the design, delivery and continuous improvement of training programs as well as ongoing learning opportunities across the organisation, in support of the organisation’s needs.

13. Prepare Question bank for check the assessment of trainees

14. TOT certification from SSC

ETC.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
