**About the Role**:
We are hiring **Customer Support Associates (L2)** for our **Voice Process** team. If you have strong communication skills in English and Hindi and enjoy helping customers resolve queries over phone calls, this is the right opportunity for you.

**Job Details**:

- **Job Title**: Customer Support Associate (L2)
- **Job Type**: Contractual (till 31st Oct 2025; extension based on performance & business needs)
- **Work Mode**: 100% Work from Office (WFO)
- **Shift**: Rotational 24/7 Shifts (5 days working, 2 rotational week offs)
- **Work Hours**: 10 hours/day (9 hrs work + 1 hr break)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle and resolve customer queries via voice calls.
- Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a polite and professional tone.
- Ensure first-call resolution and quality customer support.
- Follow process guidelines and achieve performance targets.

**Mandatory Requirements**:

- Minimum **High School Pass (12th pass)**.
- Excellent **verbal communication skills in English & Hindi**, with neutral pronunciation and mínimal MTI.
- **Typing speed of 30 WPM with 90% accuracy**.
- Should **not have appeared for any Flipkart interview in the past 3 months**.
- Willingness to work in **night shifts / odd shifts** as required.
- **No planned leaves for the first 3 months after joining.**:
