**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver high-quality study materials, notes, and practice questions tailored to the UPSC examination pattern.
- Conduct regular doubt-clearing sessions and provide personalized guidance to students.
- Prepare and evaluate mock tests, answer scripts, and provide detailed feedback to students.
- Stay updated with the latest UPSC exam trends, syllabus changes, and relevant current affairs.
- Use innovative teaching methodologies and tools to enhance the learning experience for students.
- Collaborate with other faculty members and contribute to the continuous improvement of the course content and delivery.

**Qualifications**:

- In-depth knowledge of the UPSC syllabus, exam pattern, and latest trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to create engaging and effective study materials.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Proficiency in using online teaching platforms and tools.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience working with leading UPSC coaching institutes.
- Personal success in the UPSC exams (e.g., former UPSC rank holders).
- Experience in developing e-learning content and online courses.

**Work Environment**:

- This is a freelance, remote position, allowing for flexible working hours.
- Faculty members are expected to adhere to deadlines and be available for scheduled online classes and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Regular communication with the TarunIAS team for updates and feedback is required.
