**Responsibilities**:
Classroom Instruction: Deliver engaging and interactive lectures on various sociological themes, theories, and perspectives. Utilize a variety of teaching methodologies, case studies, multimedia resources, and real-world examples to enhance students' understanding and appreciation of Sociology.

Concept Clarity: Ensure that students grasp complex sociological theories and concepts. Provide clarifications and address students' doubts and queries in a patient and supportive manner.

Test and Assessment Preparation: Design regular practice tests, quizzes, and mock exams to evaluate students' progress and performance. Analyze test results to identify areas of improvement and provide constructive feedback to students.

Current Affairs Integration: Relate sociological concepts to current affairs, social issues, and government policies, helping students connect theoretical knowledge to real-world situations, which is crucial for the UPSC examinations.

Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest developments in Sociology, social sciences, and relevant areas to ensure the course content remains relevant and aligned with contemporary trends.

Counselling and Support: Provide emotional support and motivation to students to boost their confidence and help them navigate the challenges of UPSC exam preparation.

Collaborative Approach: Collaborate with other faculty members and staff to create a cohesive learning environment and contribute to the overall success of the UPSC coaching program.

**Requirements**:

- Master's or Ph.D. in Sociology or a related discipline with a strong academic record.
- Proven experience as a Sociology Faculty, preferably in the context of UPSC coaching.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey sociological concepts effectively.
- Passion for teaching and inspiring students to achieve academic excellence.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to connect with students and create an inclusive and engaging learning atmosphere.
- Familiarity with online teaching tools and technology to facilitate virtual classes and assessments.

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
