**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role as a Textile Print Designer at LINK UP TEXTILES LIMITED in Chennai. The Textile Print Designer will be responsible for creating unique and innovative têxtile designs, patterns, and prints with a focus on market trends and customer preferences. The Textile Print Designer will work closely with the production team to ensure that designs are translated accurately and efficiently into the final products.

**Qualifications**
- Have at least 1 year of relevant experience in print and pattern design, including practical use of Adobe Creative Suite.
- Demonstrate strong design skills, showing the ability to create, refine, modify, and adapt patterns and motifs in accordance with current fashion trends.
- Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork skills, facilitating effective collaboration with other designers and contributions to the final surface design.
- Pay close attention to detail, recognizing that minor errors can have a significant impact on the quality of têxtile products.
- Be adaptable to changing design requirements and thrive in a dynamic and creative work environment.
- Display proficiency in using design software and relevant tools for pattern creation and preparation.
- Present a strong portfolio showcasing prior work in print and pattern design, featuring examples of clean, modified, and scaled patterns, as well as color-coordinated designs.

**Salary**: From ₹25,000.00 per month
