**Position Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Production Supervisor to join our team and oversee the manufacturing process for artificial jewellery. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the production department, ensuring high-quality output, efficient production schedules, and a safe working environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Production Management**:
Plan and organize daily production schedules to meet customer orders and deadlines.

Monitor and manage production processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards and specifications.

Coordinate with the design and pre-production teams to ensure accurate setup of production jobs.

Troubleshoot technical issues related to manufacturing equipment and processes.

**Team Leadership**:
Lead and supervise a team of manufacturing operators, ensuring they are trained and capable of performing their tasks effectively.

Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring efficient utilization of resources.

Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to team members to drive continuous improvement.

**Quality Control**:
Inspect manufactured product at various stages of production to maintain high quality and consistency.

Implement quality control procedures to identify and rectify defects in the manufacturing process.

Collaborate with the quality assurance team to address any issues related to product quality.

**Safety and Compliance**:
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.

Conduct regular safety training sessions and promote a culture of safety among team members.

Report any incidents, accidents, or safety concerns and take appropriate corrective actions.

**Inventory Management**:
Monitor inventory levels of materials and coordinate reordering as needed.

Maintain accurate records of material usage, wastage, and inventory levels.

**Process Improvement**:
Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements within the manufacturing department.

Implement best practices and suggest innovative solutions to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:
Minimum 1 years experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in the manufacturing industry, specifically with Artificial Jewellery.

In-depth knowledge of artificial jewellery processes, equipment, and techniques.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.

Attention to detail and commitment to quality control.

Understanding of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing environment.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
