** Job Responsibilities**:
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
? Conducting comparative analysis of the midcap equity space and finding out investment opportunities

? Conduct research on various sectors and identifying potential companies for long term investments.

? Preparing research reports varying in size and scope from quick briefs on earnings results or strategic events to more in-depth, original thought pieces on a range of topics.

? Review business & trade publication, annual reports, financial filings and other sources in order to gather synthesize and interpret data on companies to be covered, monitoring and maintenance of industry data.

? Assisting fellow Research Analysts in their working as and when the work allotment is done by them.

? Attending Analyst meets for Companies coming with IPO & preparing reports.

? Keeping track on Earnings of various Companies during earnings season.

- For fulfilling above mentioned responsibilities you will be getting the guidance from Research Analysts currently working in the team

**Qualifications and Skills**:
? Strong academic background and a degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.

? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

? Demonstrable analytical and problem-solving skills and strong PC literacy or aptitude to learn quickly.

? Should be an expert in Microsoft Excel.

? Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail as well as to work in a time sensitive environment
