**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales & Business Development**:

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for **backhoe loaders** within the construction, infrastructure, and related industries.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers, including contractors, construction companies, and equipment rental businesses.
- Generate leads through market research, networking, and customer referrals.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to highlight the benefits, features, and performance of backhoe loaders.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Manage the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to closing the deal, including preparing and negotiating contracts.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Address customer queries and concerns related to product performance, pricing, and after-sales support.
- **Market Analysis & Strategy**:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to capture market share and increase brand presence in the region.
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments, including new product releases, advancements in technology, and changes in regulations affecting construction equipment.
- **Sales Target Achievement**:

- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, pipeline status, and progress toward targets.
- Monitor sales performance and adjust sales strategies to maximize success.
- **Product Knowledge & Training**:

- Stay updated on the technical specifications, features, and benefits of backhoe loaders.
- Attend training sessions and seminars to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Share product information with clients, highlighting the competitive advantages of the company’s backhoe loaders.
- **Coordination with Internal Teams**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and participate in marketing campaigns to boost sales.
- Collaborate with the service and parts departments to ensure smooth after-sales support and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of equipment to customers.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Sales Expertise**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in **construction equipment** or heavy machinery, specifically **backhoe loaders**.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
- **Technical Knowledge**:

- A good understanding of the mechanical systems and operational features of backhoe loaders and other construction equipment.
- Ability to explain technical aspects of machinery to non-technical customers in a clear and concise manner.
- **Customer-Centric Approach**:

- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clients and understand their needs.
- **Market Awareness**:

- Awareness of the **construction equipment market** and customer buying behaviors.
- Ability to identify emerging opportunities and trends in the industry.
- **Organizational Skills**:

- Ability to manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills to achieve sales targets.
- **IT Skills**:

- Proficiency in using CRM software to manage sales leads, customer interactions, and sales pipelines.
- Competence in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) for preparing presentations, sales reports, and proposals.

**Preferred Experience**:

- Previous experience in sales of **backhoe loaders** or other construction machinery (excavators, loaders, dozers, etc.).
- A good network of contacts within the construction industry, including contractors and equipment rental companies.
- Experience in participating in industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote products and services.

**Work Environment**:

- **Location**: Field-based role with frequent travel to customer locations and construction sites.
- **Work Hours**: Flexible, with the need to accommodate customer schedules and site visits.

**Qualification : Diploma/ B.E Mechanical**

**Experience : 2 to 6 years**

**Salary : 40k
- 45k**
