We are seeking a dynamic **Sales Executive** to drive sales, build relationships with potential clients, and meet sales targets. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining customer relationships, and promoting the company's products or services. The role demands strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services to meet those needs.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Present products/services to potential customers and provide demonstrations, if applicable.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales deals effectively.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to convert them into customers.
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions with customers, including contact information, preferences, and purchase history.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.
- Attend trade shows, events, and networking activities to generate new business opportunities.
- Provide after-sales support and address customer queries or concerns.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales or a customer-facing role (1-2 years of experience is an advantage).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-first mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel (if required for the role).
