**Responsibilities**:

- **Supervision and Leadership**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the security team, ensuring they are well-trained, organized, and equipped to handle security tasks effectively.
- Provide guidance and direction to security personnel, conducting regular briefings and debriefings.
- **Surveillance and Monitoring**:

- Implement and monitor security protocols to safeguard the factory premises, including access control, CCTV systems, and alarm systems.
- Conduct regular patrols to identify and address potential security risks or breaches.
- **Emergency Response**:

- Develop and implement emergency response plans, ensuring that security personnel are trained to respond effectively to incidents such as fires, accidents, or security breaches.
- Coordinate with local authorities and emergency services as needed.
- **Investigation**:

- Conduct investigations into security incidents, accidents, or violations of company policies.
- Prepare detailed reports on security-related incidents and recommend preventive measures.
- **Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a comprehensive approach to security, including coordination with the human resources department for employee background checks and access control.
- **Training and Development**:

- Provide ongoing training to security personnel on relevant security procedures, emergency response protocols, and the use of security equipment.
- **Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to security.
- Keep updated on industry best practices and implement improvements to security protocols.
- **Communication**:

- Maintain effective communication with factory management, employees, and external stakeholders regarding security matters.
- Act as a point of contact for security-related concerns and queries.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in security roles, with at least 2-5 years in a supervisory or leadership position.
- Knowledge of security protocols, emergency response procedures, and relevant laws and regulations.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using security equipment and technology.
- Ability to remain calm and make effective decisions in high-pressure situations.
- Certification in security-related fields may be preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
