We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team and help us spread the love for our bakery products.

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Call potential customers to promote and sell our bakery products, including Bakery Ingredients,HORECA products and Bakery decorative items.
- Provide product details, pricing, and offers to customers.
- Address customer inquiries, provide recommendations, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
- Maintain a record of all customer interactions and sales in the system.
- Collaborate with the marketing and delivery teams to ensure smooth order processing.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.

**Key Skills and Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills.
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is a plus.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to handle customer objections and provide persuasive solutions.
- Basic computer skills.
- Knowledge of bakery products is an advantage, but not required.
