
Sales Account Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales & Business Development**:
- Identify and target potential customers for IT products and services.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and digital outreach.
- **Account Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts and manage all customer interactions effectively.
- **Solution Selling**:
- Present and demonstrate IT products/services to prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions that meet their business needs.
- **Sales Targets**:
- Achieve or exceed sales quotas and KPIs as assigned by management.
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts and reports to the sales manager.
- **Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the marketing team to align on campaigns and lead generation strategies.
- Coordinate with the technical team for solution implementation and post-sales support.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.
- Prepare detailed proposals, contracts, and presentations for clients.
**Key Requirements**:
- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in IT sales, account management, or a related role.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- **Skills**:
- Strong understanding of IT products, services, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales management software.
- Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
- **Attributes**:
- Self-motivated and result-oriented.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
Pay: ₹99,967.43 - ₹700,000.00 per year
