- Experience:

- 3 to 4 Years ICU experience.

Job Descriptions:

- 1. Provide emergency medical treatment and care to critically ill patients in the ICU.

2. Diagnose and manage complex medical conditions, including respiratory failure, sepsis, and organ failure.

3. Perform and interpret diagnostic tests to assess patients' conditions.

4. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in consultation with a multidisciplinary team.

5. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment protocols as necessary.

6. Communicate effectively with patients' families regarding medical conditions and care plans.

7. Participate in daily rounds and contribute to medical discussion.

8. Ensure the highest standards of patient safety and quality of care.

9. Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, tools, and techniques in critical care medicine.

**Skills**:

- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Basic Life Suppoert (BLS)
- Mechanical ventilation management
- Hemodynamic Monitoring
- Critical care ultrasound
- Intubation and airway management
- Central line placement
- ECG interpretation
- Proficiency in electronic health records (HER) systems
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

- Rotational shift

- Bachelor's (preferred)
