**Job Title**: Tendering Executive (USA Projects)
**Location**: Remote (Work from Home)
**Shift**: Night Shift | 7:30 PM IST - 4:30 AM IST
**Employment Type**: Full-Time
**Experience Required**: Minimum 2-5 years in tendering/bidding processes for US markets

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Proactively search and monitor tender/bid opportunities on various portals (US-based websites) that align with the company’s services.
- Conduct in-depth market and contractor/subcontractor research to identify potential partners and vendors.
- Analyze bid documents, eligibility criteria, and scope of work to determine bid feasibility.
- Prepare comprehensive bid proposals including documentation, technical details, and pricing.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for necessary documents and approvals.
- Submit tenders within deadlines and ensure complete compliance with all requirements.
- Follow up on submitted bids, maintain records of submissions, and track the status of tenders.
- Support in negotiations and clarifications during pre/post bid stages.
- Build and maintain a database of contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and tender portals.
- Regular reporting and documentation of bid outcomes, wins/losses, and learning points.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in handling USA-based tendering/bidding processes.
- Strong research skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- High level of confidence, initiative, and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tenders simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Familiarity with government and private procurement platforms.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

**Working Hours**:

- **Night Shift**: 7:30 PM IST to 4:30 AM IST (to align with US time zone)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay

Work Location: Remote
