Our company is looking for an organized and self-motivated Tendering and Bidding Executive.
In order to be successful in this position you should be detail-oriented, professional and have following skills:
**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Assist the top officials in preparation and submission of documents
- Excellent skills in formatting of documents (including text, logo, images etc.)
- Compilation of documents.
- Preparation and formatting of templates as per the requirement.
- Familiarity with the online portals
- Performing other relevant duties as and when needed.

**Other requirements**
- 10+ years experience
- Good formatting skills
- Good speed with accurate English typing skills.
- Excellent command over word, excel and power point.
- Designing skills are an additional asset (knowledge in using software like photoshop, InDesign etc.)
