**About the organization**: A start-up advisory firm specializing in providing support on all aspects of starting and running a business in the early stage ecosystem. The firm is looking for a Corporate Lawyer who is well-versed in drafting commercial agreements.

**Broad Role Responsibilities**:
1) Drafting and vetting Contracts/Agreements. This would include Contracts between business partners, such as purchase and sale agreements or joint venture agreements, service provider agreements, vendor agreements, NDAs, employment agreements, licensing agreements, and other commercial contracts

2) Finalizing the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for different clients

3) Staying updated with the latest amendments in the various corporate laws

**Mandatory Requirements**:
1) Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience

2) Must have experience in drafting and vetting Commercial Contracts

3) Work experience in a law firm is an absolute must

**Salary**: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
