**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Discover and Cultivate New Business Opportunities**: Identify and pursue potential customers to expand our client base.
- **Build and Maintain Relationships**: Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing customers to boost sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Product Presentations and Demos**: Conduct compelling product presentations, demonstrations, and site visits to highlight our products' features and benefits.
- **Negotiate Pricing and Terms**: Skillfully negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to meet sales objectives and accommodate customer requirements.
- **Collaborate with Internal Teams**: Work closely with internal teams to address and resolve customer complaints and technical issues promptly.
- **Stay Informed**: Keep updated of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to provide valuable insights to the team.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Officer, or similar role in the construction chemical industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree / diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of the construction chemical industry is an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
