We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accounts Executive to support our accounting department. This entry-level role offers an excellent opportunity to grow your career in accounting within a supportive and dynamic environment. The Junior Accountant will assist with various financial processes, including data entry, reconciliations, and reporting, to ensure accuracy and compliance in our financial records.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Entry and Record Maintenance**:

- Accurately enter financial data, transactions, and records into the accounting system.
- Maintain organized files of financial documents and ensure timely updates.
- **Accounts Payable and Receivable**:

- Process invoices, verify transaction accuracy, and support the payment process.
- Assist in managing accounts receivable, including invoicing clients and following up on outstanding payments.
- **Reconciliations**:

- Assist with monthly bank and account reconciliations.
- Review discrepancies and assist in resolving any issues related to account balances.
- **Financial Reporting Support**:

- Help prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Support the preparation of financial statements and analysis.
- **Expense Tracking and Analysis**:

- Monitor and track company expenses, ensuring compliance with budgets and policies.
- Support the analysis of budget variances and expenditure trends.
- **Compliance and Recordkeeping**:

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
- Assist with the preparation of documents for audits or regulatory reporting.
- **General Support**:

- Support the accounting team with various ad hoc projects and administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams as needed to achieve company goals.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Internship or 1-2 years of experience in accounting (preferred).
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with accounting software
- **Key Competencies**:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learning.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
