**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct routine testing and analysis of raw materials, in-process, and finished Ayurvedic products.
- Assist in formulation and development of herbal and Ayurvedic products like powders, tablets, oils, and syrups.
- Maintain proper documentation, including batch records, lab notebooks, and test reports.
- Support the Quality Control and Quality Assurance team in executing quality checks.
- Handle lab equipment with care and follow calibration and maintenance schedules.
- Ensure adherence to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and SOPs.
- Coordinate with the production team to provide lab support during manufacturing.
- Participate in R&D activities for new product development under senior supervision.

**Skills Required**:

- Sound knowledge of basic pharmaceutical and Ayurvedic principles
- Familiarity with laboratory instruments like pH meter, viscometer, balance, etc.
- Understanding of standard lab practices, safety, and hygiene
- Good observation and record-keeping skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and meet deadlines
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) for lab documentation

Pay: ₹15,153.62 - ₹25,000.00 per month
