**Primary Responsibilities**:

- **COD Confirmation Calls**:Conducting confirmation calls for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders to ensure order authenticity and reduce cancellations
- **NDR Calls**: Managing Non-Delivery Report (NDR) calls to resolve issues related to undelivered shipments, ensuring timely communication and resolution.
- **Undelivered Shipment Follow-up**: coordinating with courier companies to follow up on undelivered shipments and expedite delivery.
- **Customer Query Management**: Handling customer inquiries and providing timely updates on shipping and delivery statuses. Addressing customer complaints and resolving issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- **CRM Entry**: Accurately entering and updating order details in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- **Order Dispatch**: Ensuring timely dispatch of all orders, coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams to meet delivery timelines.
- **Social Media Management**: Supervising social media accounts and assisting in content creation to engage and grow our online community.

**Skills Required**:

- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
- Familiarity with Canva for basic graphic design and video editing tools.
- **Customer Service**: Strong customer service skills with a proactive approach to resolving issues and enhancing customer experience.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and ensure timely completion of responsibilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

- A customer claims that there is a fake delivery of the order however we have proof that the order had a genuine attempted delivery. How do you tackle the situation. (keep it as short as possible).

- We have sent a product however it got interchanged with another order due to a clerical error. Write an appropriate response to convince the customer to have an exchange of a product instead of a full refund. (keep it as short as possible).
