Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Architect to join our team at KOSH. The Junior Architect will work closely with designers to support various stages of the design process, from conceptualisation to construction documentation. **Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development of architectural designs, including conceptual sketches, 3D modeling, and renderings.
- Collaborate with designers to translate client requirements and project objectives into innovative design solutions.
- Contribute to the preparation of construction drawings, specifications, and documents.
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather data and assess existing conditions.
- Assist in the coordination of consultants, engineers, and contractors to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Participate in design meetings, presentations, and client interactions to communicate design concepts and updates effectively.
- Research building codes, zoning regulations, and other regulatory requirements to ensure compliance with applicable standards.
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, presentations, and marketing materials as needed.
- Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in architecture and design.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in an architectural firm or related field.
- Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong design and visualization skills, with the ability to communicate ideas effectively through drawings, renderings, and presentations.
- Knowledge of building codes, construction techniques, and materials.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn and grow professionally, with a passion for architecture and design.

**Salary**: From ₹10,000.00 per month
