- Familiarity with packing processes, equipment, and materials.
- Knowledge of quality and safety standards (e.g., ISO, GMP).
- Supervise and coordinate daily packing activities to meet production schedules and quality standards.
- Ensure proper handling, labeling, and packing of products according to specifications.
- Monitor and maintain packing equipment, ensuring it operates efficiently and safely.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of packing staff to achieve productivity and quality goals.
- Schedule shifts, assign tasks, and manage workload distribution.
- Monitor team performance and address any issues or challenges.
- Monitor packaging materials inventory and coordinate with procurement to prevent shortages.
- Minimize waste and optimize the use of packing materials.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
