**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

2. Support the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting.

3. Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

4. Conduct regular reconciliations of bank accounts, vendor accounts, and other financial records.

5. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support financial planning and decision-making.

6. Assist in tax compliance activities, including GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.

7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, procurement, and sales to ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.

8. Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and support.

9. Stay updated on accounting standards, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and efficiency.

10. Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed.

**Qualification & Experience**:
Master's degree in accounts or Inter CA or similar. Minimum 5 years of experience in a mid sized manufacturing Company

**Skills**:
1. Good understanding of accounting principles and practices.

2. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP) and MS Excel.

3. Attention to detail.

4. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.

5. Ability to multi-task.

6. Working knowledge of Indian tax regulations like GST and TDS and compliance requirements.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (required)

- Taxation: 3 years (preferred)
