**5+ year of experience as quantity surveyor in industrial construction**
**Responsibilities**
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
- Conduct feasibility studies to assess project viability and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to discuss project designs and financial aspects.
- Analyze contracts and negotiate terms with suppliers and subcontractors to achieve cost efficiency.
- Monitor project expenditures, ensuring compliance with budgets and financial constraints.
- Compile and analyze data to provide reports and forecasts related to project costs and financial performance.
- Assess completed work to determine its value and assess progress against the budget.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and costs.
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills for cost estimation and budget management.
- Proficient in using cost management software and financial analysis tools.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage contracts effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
