Quantity Surveyor

**4+ years of experience as a quantity surveyor in industrial construction**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for a construction project.
- Prepare and manage accurate billing statements for construction projects.
- Collaborate with project managers and site engineers to gather cost-related information.
- Ensure compliance with contracts and financial regulations during the billing process.
- Monitor project budgets and track expenses to maintain financial accuracy.
- Analyze billing data to forecast and mitigate potential financial discrepancies.
- Assist in the resolution of client inquiries and disputes regarding invoices.
- Coordinate with the finance department to ensure timely payments and proper recording of transactions.

**Requirements**:

- DIPLOMA OR Bachelor's degree in CIVIL ENGINEERING, Construction Management.
- Proven experience as a BILLING ENGINEER in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and costs.
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills for cost estimation and budget management.
- Proficient in using cost management software and financial analysis tools.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage contracts effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
