**Job Description: Sales Executive - Analytical Chemistry Consumables**

**Position**: Sales Executive
**Location**: Bangalore

**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Experience**: 1-3 years in sales, preferably in analytical chemistry, laboratory equipment, or scientific consumables (Freshers with relevant knowledge may also apply)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Business Development**:

- Promote and sell analytical chemistry consumables to laboratories, research institutions, pharmaceutical companies, and industrial clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions using the company’s product portfolio.
- Address client inquiries, provide technical support, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Product Knowledge and Training**:

- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market demands.
- **Sales Strategy and Reporting**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including pipeline updates, sales forecasts, and market analysis.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and promote products.
- **Coordination with Internal Teams**:

- Work closely with the technical support and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and after-sales service.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer needs and market trends.
- **Market Research**:

- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Identify emerging markets and opportunities for business expansion.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, or a related field. A background in analytical chemistry is a plus.
- **Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in analytical chemistry consumables, laboratory equipment, or scientific products.
- Freshers with a strong academic background and knowledge of analytical chemistry may also apply.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Strong understanding of analytical chemistry techniques and consumables (e.g., HPLC, GC, spectroscopy, etc.).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- **Communication Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients.
- **Personal Attributes**:

- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in selling to laboratories, pharmaceutical companies, or research institutions.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards in the scientific industry.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
