We, M/s Epothane Civelec Engineers Pvt. Ltd. are one of the leading manufacturers of Epoxy Cast Components for Transformers & Control Panels in Medium Voltage Application.

**Job Title**: Sales Representative - Epoxy Cast Components

**Experience Required**: Minimum 5 years & above (in Epoxy Cast Components / Electrical Insulation Materials / Manufacturing Industry)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets in domestic and international markets.
- Generate new business opportunities by identifying and approaching potential customers in electrical, transformer, switchgear, and related industries.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver technical & commercial presentations to clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with clients while ensuring company profitability.
- Coordinate with internal teams (production, quality, and dispatch) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and MIS to management.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of epoxy cast components, electrical insulation materials, or related products.
- Proven track record in B2B sales within the manufacturing/industrial sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand technical specifications and explain product benefits to customers.
- Self-motivated with strong business development and client management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings, exhibitions, and market visits.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Science, or related field.
- MBA in Marketing (preferred, not mandatory).
- Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience in epoxy cast components or allied industries.

**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Location**: C-217, Bulandshahar Road Industrial Area, Ghaziabad-201009,Uttar Pradesh.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
