**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Service & Satisfaction**:

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a brief introduction to the restaurant’s menu, specials, and offerings.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor, ensuring that guests’ needs are met promptly and satisfactorily.
- **Team Leadership & Supervision**:

- Supervise, train, and guide service staff, including waiters, bartenders, and busboys, ensuring high standards of service.
- Delegate tasks to the service team, ensuring they are performed in a timely and efficient manner.
- **Order Management**:

- Ensure that orders are taken accurately and communicated to the kitchen and bar staff promptly.
- Oversee the timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages to guests.
- **Cash and Billing Management**:

- Assist guests with the billing process, ensuring accuracy in charges.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and any other forms of payment, maintaining accurate records of sales.
- **Health, Safety, and Hygiene Compliance**:

- Maintain a clean and safe environment for both guests and staff, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Ensure that restaurant hygiene standards are followed, including the proper handling of food, utensils, and beverages.
- **Inventory and Stock Management**:

- Assist in inventory checks for beverage and food stock to ensure the restaurant’s needs are met.
- Coordinate with the bar and kitchen for proper stock rotation and replenishment.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Assist in preparing and implementing shift schedules for the service team.
- Provide feedback and report to the restaurant manager regarding team performance, guest feedback, and overall restaurant operations.
- **Additional Duties**:

- Support other staff members in various capacities as required by the restaurant's needs.
- Participate in meetings and training sessions to ensure personal and team development.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
