What you'll need to have
Knowledge of how to implement plans, according to set budgets and goals
Knowledge of efficient administrative processes,systems and tools, and how to make improvements
Knowledge of how to systematically create, capture, share, manage and utilise knowledge within IKEA and between co-workers
Knowledge of how to organise, store and maintain records and information across IKEA
Knowledge of how to use IKEA standards and manuals to follow rules, comply to standards and provide direction
Knowledge of creating, following and maintaining guiding framework documents with internal and/or external stakeholders
Knowledge of IKEAs corporate identity, core values and vision of creating a better everyday life for the many people, to ensure right representation
**Responsibilities**:
Execute People & Culture administrative tasks in line with Service Level agreements including e.g. updating personnel files, people data compiling and administration, preparing contracts, scheduling, timekeeping, booking and coordinating People & Culture related travel, meetings and events
Execute administrative tasks linked to Learning & Development in line with Service Level agreements
including e.g. scheduling trainings, arranging meeting rooms, registering participants and facilitators
Collaborate closely with country People Delivery team to share best practises and prevent duplications of work
Continuously contribute to the improvement service delivery aiming for the highest and the most uniform standard
Ad hoc administrative tasks related to creating a great and efficient co-worker experience
