Patient Counselor

Responsibilities:
1. Understand patient's medical history and build rapport
2. Work at the clinic premise and facilitate the entire patient journey
3. Coordinate between doctor and patient for any doubt
4. Assist in billing and treatment-related formalities
5. Assist patient’s family on procedure-related activities
6.Counsel and Convince patients to start the prescribed treatment by the doctor
7. Address patient's treatment-related questions and register them for procedure

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s in Ayurveda, Homeopathy, Naturopathy, Social Work, Psychology, or Diploma in Nursing
2. Ability to engage and hold conversation 3. Have high levels of empathy and can establish rapport with patients 4. Minimum 6 months of work experience (Experience with a fertility clinic is a plus) 5. Sense of ownership and pride in being companion of patients
6. Required Language: English, Kannada, Hindi (Telugu, Tamil is a plus)
7. Willing to travel to different clinic with in bangalore if required
7. Good PC skills, MS Office

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
